Project Rebuild Hits Phoenix

Today, Secretary Donovan stopped by Phoenix to highlight to sustained success of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and see firsthand how the program has impacted the city.  Along with Congressman Ed Pastor and Mayor Phil Gordon, the Secretary toured the Southland Neighborhood of Phoenix.
