“Island of Calm” Opens for Seniors in Virginia Beach

A rainy day couldn’t dampen the spirits of those who gathered to celebrate the grand opening of Tranquility at the Lakes, a new affordable senior housing community in Virginia Beach.  Located in the historically significant Burton Station neighborhood, the new complex will include 40 apartments and a community room.
