Today, Secretary Donovan contributed to The Philadelphia Inquirer with op-ed “A new era in homeownership.”

The Miami Herald spotlighted help for troubled homeowners, a community event co-sponsored by government agencies including HUD, nonprofit organizations and mortgage lenders. The event took place today at the James L. Knight Center in Miami.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHA) submitted a plan to Congress that would seek a smaller role for Fannie and Freddie Mac.

And, HUD and the National Fair Housing Alliance (NFHA) launched a media campaign to fight housing discrimination. For more info, visit:  HUD.gov/fairhousing.
