Transforming Our Nation’s Neighborhoods

Yesterday, HUD announced that 13 communities across the country will receive $3.6 million in Choice Neighborhood Planning Grants.  These grants will allow communities to transform public and assisted housing within a distressed community.

Read more about these communities and how the Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the Metropolitan Housing Alliance in Little Rock, AK, the Housing Authority of Savannah, the District of Columbia Housing Authority, the Rockford Housing Authority in Illinois, and the Springfield Housing Authority in Massachusetts plan to use their grant funds.
