As the smallest of 17 cities in the U.S. to win a Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grant from HUD, Salisbury, North Carolina has put themselves in the running for a $30 million grant.  This will allow city officials to implement a bigger vision: to transform the West End neighborhood.
