As part of its Doing What Works project, which explores how federal agencies are making scarce resources do more for America, the Center for American Progress stopped by Headquarters for Tuesday’s HUD Town Hall Meeting. CAP staffers James Hairston and Jitinder Kohli highlight HUD’s use of technology to solve a big problem: How do you play host to a town hall meeting for an agency of 9,000 employees when only 15 percent of them work in Washington?
